PODIATRIST, AMERICAN TRAINED DOCTOR OF PODIATRIC MEDICINE (DPM) TO JOIN ACADEMY FOOT AND ORTHOTIC CLINICS

Ronald James Barron, B.Sc., B.A., DPM

Ron has just joined our foot team and is getting his registration in order from the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.  He will be working under Marz's supervision until he has obtained his licence and will not be performing any controlled acts until such time.

1999 to 2000 - Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician, George Brown College, Toronto

2003 to 2006 - Bachelor of Science, cum laude, Laurentian University, Sudbury

2006 to 2009 - Bachelor of Arts, Psychology cum laude, Laurentian University, Sudbury

2009 to 2013 - Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, Independence, Ohio, U.S.A.

Ron is a high achiever and has published several papers in scientific journals.  He is interested in all aspects of Podiatric medicine, but has a special interest in surgical procedures.

Ron is happily married to his wife Linda who is a nurse and has 3 active, healthy children, 2 boys and a girl.

Ron enjoys walking, cycling, reading, music and enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family.

Ron will be working Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
