IT IS THE 'LAW OF EXCHANGE'.  IF YOU GO TO A STORE LOOKING FOR A NEW COAT AND YOU FIND ONE OF GOOD QUALITY AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE THEN YOU WILL PAY FOR IT IN EXCHANGE.  YOU PAID A REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE ITEM THAT YOU WANTED.  IF YOU GO TO THE STORE AND IT IS CLEAN, BRIGHT AND WITH HELPFUL, FRIENDLY STAFF WHO ASSIST YOU IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE ITEM THAT YOU WANTED THEN YOU MAY BE INCLINED TO REFER A FRIEND OR FAMILY BECAUSE YOU RECEIVED MORE SERVICE AND PRODUCT THEN YOU EXPECTED.

THIS PHILOSOPHY CARRIES OVER TO YOUR PRACTICE.  ALWAYS GIVE EACH AND EVERY PATIENT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND MORE THAN THEY EXPECTED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE MANY REFERRALS.  REFERRAL PARENTS ARE THE BEST AS THEY KNOW FROM DAY ONE THAT THEY ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

MY CLINIC RECEIVES A VERY HIGH PROPORTION OF OUR PATIENTS FROM SATISFIED PATIENTS WHO REFER THEM TO US.
