Preventative measures including not smoking, having a good diet and taking calcium and vitamin D supplements to enhance foot health are important. Take vitamin B12 and walk and exercise regularly. When you walk you get more O2 in the legs which helps circulation. The longer that you are in practice, the more that you realize that health and proper nutriion go together.
