   Our Commitment to our Patients

All of our Foot Specialists / Chiropodists are constantly striving to provide all of our patients with high quality Advice, Foot Care and Custom Orthotics at all times. We are constantly striving to only use  the latest possible equipment and technology and techniques by attending the most relevant courses and seminars in the field of podiatric medicine, podiatry and chiropody.

We stand behind our service and products 100%.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of you foot care or orthotics, we will try as hard as possible to accommodate you.  We provide a money back guarentee where I will refund your initial consultation in the event of an unsatisfied patient.  This has rarely happened in my 35 years of public service.

Please note, refunds for custom orthotics are only if the patient was not satisfied with the product after modifications, etc., and not because the patient was not reimbursed by his insurance provider.    It is the patient's responsibility to ensure the extent of their insurance benefits, although our capable staff will assist you as much as possible.  Insurance benefits can only be confirmed in our office if the patient is physically present and the insurance company is open.  As our foot clinic is open 7 days a week, we are unable to confirm a patient's benefits on Saturday or Sunday. This should be done by the patient beforehand by personally contacting their insurance company.

If we sent in the insurance package to your insurance company or if we gave the insurance package to you directly, a refund will not be provided unless you personally appear in our clinic during the hours that your insurance company is open to confirm if you were reimbursed. If you were reimbursed, it is our obligation as a provider to reimburse your insurance company directly. All reimbursements will be done personally after conditions of the reimbursement are confirmed.

Reimbursements will only be done through the owner of the clinic, Shannon Hardy.

We want each and every patient of our foot clinic to be 100% satisfied with our service and products.

For your information the Hardy family came to Canada from Great Britain in 1790 and started the first sand and gravel company in Toronto at a site which was outside the city limits at that time.  It was called Christie Sand Pits which is now a Toronto Park known as Christie Pits Park and Christie Subway Station at Bloor Street and Christie Street.  The Hardy family is directly related to Thomas Hardy, the English poet and playwright.  He is buried in poets corner at Westminister Abbey in London.  (1840 - 1928),   in 1896 Arthor S.
